FST™ is a table-based assisted stretching service. Upon receiving your individualized FST™ session, the intention is that you leave feeling reduced tension and stress. It removes aches and pains caused by tension, tightness, and stiffness. FST™is for people of all ages provided their physician clears them for stretching and active movement.

Common Questions About Fascial Stretch Therapy.
Your first appointment will take between 60-90 minutes. Your session begins with an overview of your goals, a discussion about your health history, and answer questions you may have.
Jessica will take you through a few off-table assessments before starting your session to help tailor your session to your needs and goals.
Your session is on a massage table. It is recommended to wear clothes that allow you to stretch easily (think activewear or yoga).
Jessica’s guideline below is to optimize your results and sustainability.
New Clients: One time per week for 3 – 12 weeks.
Training for an event/race, recovering from an injury, increased stress: 2 Fascial Stretch sessions per month.
Maintenance: Once every three weeks, monthly or bi-monthly, depending on your goals.
