I have been practicing as a registered massage therapist for 14 years now, enjoying every moment of helping people heal and feel better both physically and emotionally. I incorporate my training of myofascial release, Indian Head Massage, Swedish, and therapeutic massage into treatments.
Born and raised in Moncton, NB, I am a full-time mom of two humans and three dogs (I would love more pups though!). I also enjoy spending time at the beach, painting, and learning new ways to help people heal. To that end, I am currently working toward my Bachelor of Science Degree.

Massage reduces muscle tension, injury pain, daily stress, and headaches. It also improves circulation, injury healing, sleep quality, and can help you feel relaxed.
For maintenance of overall massage wellness, it is encouraged to receive a massage every 4-6 weeks. Unless you are experiencing a new injury we will discuss and plan an alternative massage schedule.
I primarily provide therapeutic massage, although depending on clients’ needs, I offer/incorporate relaxation, myofascial release, reflexology, Indian head massage, jade hot stone massage, and craniosacral. I can prepare beneficial home exercises and hydrotherapy uses to utilize in between appointments. Also, I am trained in canine massage.
60-minute massage: $115 + insurance receipt provided for reimbursement.
