Meet Your Holistic Practitioner

Hi, I'm Jessica

I have struggled with significant digestion issues since I was a child. My family history also includes Type 2 diabetes. In my early 20’s I was fed up with the bloating, carrying weight in my lower abdominals, severe stomach pains, low energy, and skin breakouts. I was also confused about what to eat. (I tried almost every diet I found). I had so much to learn about food, my body, and my relationship with both. Over the past 20 years, I have and will continue to work with naturopaths, nutritional coaches, colon therapists, massage therapists, chiropractors, and other forms of complementary therapy and protocols.
